ZCG-200 linear capping machine

ZGC-200 series high-speed capping machine is suitable for the cap feeding and cap locking of various containers (round bottles, flat bottles, square bottles). Widely used in various pharmaceutical, health products, food, chemicals, pesticides and other industries. It can be used as a stand-alone machine, or it can be combined with other bottled packaging equipment to be a full line.

The machine is controlled by PLC (programmable controller) control, man-machine interface, reliable and stable operation, easy operation. When the container filled with the material enters the host entrance via the conveyor belt, the cap slides down the track of the capper and fits over the container mouth, then enters the bottle clamping mechanism, and is gripped by the two bottle conveyor belts and is moved forward, three pairs of lid rollers lock each cap. The locked container is removed from the clamping belt and conveyed by the conveyor belt to the next process. For containers of different specifications, just adjust the channel of the cap drop machine, the distance between the capping belt of the capping machine, the distance between the cap wheels, and the height of the working case.
