Overview:

Rotary capping machine is suitable for middle and high speed capping of plastic bottles and glass bottles. The device adopts a gap type disk positioning, which is accurate and reliable. It can be used as a separate machine also can be connected in a whole line. With a compact structure, small footprint, exquisite appearance, easy adjustment and strong applicability, it is widely used in food, sauces, and cosmetic industries.

1.   The device integrates the bottle coming, bottle unscramble, cap coming, cap screwing, the cap screwed by gripping it. In the process of capping, no bottle is damaged, and the capping efficiency is high.

2. The equipment can be equipped with centrifugal cap unscramble or lift cap unscramble, to achieve automatic for both unscramble and capping.

3. The cover is clamped by the cylinder (clamping force is adjustable) The torque of the screw cap is adjustable to accommodate the tightness of different caps. There is a cushioning device on the head of the cap. The capping process does not damage the cap.

4. Multi-point detection of the whole machine, when the bottle is not imported, the outlet is blocked, the positioning is not right, and the bottle dumping, the machine will be automatically shut down.

5. According to different containers and caps, replace the capping head and star plate, and the replacement is easy.
