JCP-80 Clip Bottle Washing Machine

Overview:

    This machine is a combination of our company's years of experience in the production of liquid production lines, combined with the advantages of similar models at home and abroad, and developed according to customer process requirements. It is suitable for blow cleaning of glass bottles and high-strength plastic bottles. It can be used for cleaning bottles of different bottle types, diameters and heights. It is suitable for ultrasonic and high-pressure purging of food, medicine, cosmetics and chemical product packaging.

 This machine is mainly composed of bottle clamping belt, conveyor belt, ultrasonic cleaning water tank (optional), water circulation pump (optional), water vapor rinsing system and water circulating pump. It can be combined with oven, filling machine to be a full production line. It also can be used as an individual device for washing bottles. The glass bottle is sent into the conveyor belt by the bottle clamp belt, and the bottle is flipped into the cleaning system by conveyor belt, the bottle enters the ultrasonic water tank for ultrasonic operation. The ultrasonic tank water level is controlled by the ultrasonic water tank water circulating pump, ensuring that the ultrasonic washing water tank water level is always maintained. Water cleaning is divided into circulating water flushing, clean water flushing, high-pressure gas flushing, circulating water pumped by the water pump from water tank, pure water pumped by the sanitary pump, and finally flush by the compressed air in and outside of bottle, till now, the full cleaning process is finished. This machine has the characteristics of convenient replacement and good washing quality.
