Double-track filling and screwing machine

Overview:

This machine is combined of high-speed filling and capping. It is suitable for liquid filling and crimping (or screwing) covers of various 30ml to 100ml glass bottles (or plastic bottles). The machine adopts a straight-line structure. When filling, the filling head automatically extends into the bottle and the liquid does not overflow. In order to prevent the liquid from contaminating the worktable, the machine is equipped with no bottle and no filling device; the high-precision measuring mechanism is adopted and the measurement is divided into two levels, by which adjustment is easy, precision is high. Combined filling pipeline and parts are made for convenient take apart and disinfection;

The power of crimping (or rotating) can be adjusted to ensure that the appearance of the bottle cover is not damaged; the frequency conversion adjustment system is adopted, which can easily adapt to the different needs of different specifications of the bottle and different viscosity liquid filling.
