The filling machine is mainly a small product in the packing machine. First. Structure principle


The structure of filling machine mainly includes three parts: storage tank, filling main engine and frequency conversion timing belt.

The storage tank of the storage tank is located on the upper part of the machine, and is an atmospheric tank with a liquid level sensor and an incoming electromagnetic valve. The material sent from the former process is put into the tank by the solenoid valve. When the height of the liquid level is reached, the signal is sent out by the liquid level sensor. The electric control part controls the solenoid valve to shut down and stops feed. When the material surface drops to a certain position, the feed electromagnetic valve can be opened again. The lower part of the storage tank is connected by the pipe to the suction pipe of the filling main engine. The liquid in the storage tank is pumped into the piston cylinder when the main engine works, and then the nozzle is filled into the bottle by the nozzle.

The mainframe of the filling host is the main device to complete the filling operation. The front part of the main engine is equipped with a number of only filling heads, each on both sides is equipped with a pump cylinder, and each cylinder corresponds to a filling head. The liquid in the storage tank is pumped into the cylinder and then pressed out and poured into the corresponding bottle through the filling head. There is a mini cylinder on the filling head to drive a small piston to open and close the nozzle of the filling head, which acts as a valve. The whole filling head can rise and fall. When the filling is about to start, the nozzle is inserted into the bottle and the small piston is opened at a certain distance from the bottom of the bottle. Two small cylinders are driven by two small cylinders on both sides of the filling table. One is located at the entrance of the bottle and the other is located at the outlet of the bottle. Their function is to accurately locate the bottle with the bottle mouth device on the filling table so that the nozzle is accurately aligned with the bottle mouth.

The conveyor belt motor is controlled by a frequency converter to achieve stepless speed change and achieve the purpose of economic operation of the system. After the motor starts, the inlet cylinder is retracted, the empty bottle is sent from the conveyor belt, and the bottle is started. Then the outlet cylinder is extended, and the empty bottle sent is blocked by the exit baffle. A photoelectric switch is set at the bottle to detect the number of the bottle. When the number is the same as the number of the filling head, the inlet cylinder is extended, the entrance is stopped and the motor stop is stopped. At this time, the filling head drops to the mouth of the bottle and starts filling. After the filling end, the filling head rises, the outlet cylinder is retracted, the conveyor belt motor begins to turn, and the filled bottle is sent out. Then the inlet cylinder is retracted, and the photoelectric switch begins to check the number of the bottle.


Two. Typical configuration

The CPU module is responsible for the switch control of the filling machine system, including the control of the solenoid valve, the cylinder moving solenoid valve, the electromagnetic valve of the storage tank, the control of the starting and stopping of the filling machine, the detection of various photoelectric switches and level sensors, and the measurement of the speed of the motor and the speed of the frequency converter by the analog output expansion module. Degree control, control form includes two ways of automatic control and manual control, using touch screen to set various parameters, such as filling speed, filling dosage and so on.
